Refund policy
Cancellation:
-Before item dispatch:
Cancelling an order from Krafto Jodhpur is an easy process. But you'll need to make sure that you cancel before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
To cancel an order you can simply send us an email at info@kraftojodhpur.com with your order ID and item details.
And we'll cancel the order for you and process the refund within 24-48 working hours after receiving the cancellation request.
-After item dispatch:
In case of cancelling an order after it has been dispatched, you won't be able to cancel your order for a full refund.
When you cancel the order once its out of our warehouse, we can't stop it during transit but you can reject the shipment when it is delivered to you.
After you reject the shipment, it'll be reverse shipped to us and extra shipping will be charged for reverse shipping. This reverse shipping charge will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.
The refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 working hours of us receiving the item back. It may take 4-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Returns:
To raise a return/exchange request for a product contact us within 72 Hours or 3 Day from the product delivery time. We'll dispatch the replacement item once we receive the item you returned at our end.
There are certain situations where we won't be able to accept the returned item(if applicable)
-Product with obvious signs of use
-Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
-Any item that is returned more than 72 Hours after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@kraftojodhpur.com and send your item to 163, Ashapurna Nanomax Jodhpur Rajasthan IN 342001.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item by your own, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
