Customized Products can't be returned or cancelled as they're made totally different from our standard sizes & specifications, also make sure to pay in advance with online payment. Cash on delivery is not acceptable for custom orders, orders will only be processed with prepaid payment.

To view the status of a particular order you just have to click it order ID. There you can get all the details of your order including the status of your shipment. We also send you mail notification with all the shipping details after it is shipped from our warehouse.
