What are the Online Payment Options Available?

Paypal is also available from international payments.

Do you Offer COD(Cash on Delivery) option, How do I Go about it?

Yes, Now you can pay for your order on delivery (COD). When checking out with COD method, you don't have to pay anything online. You only pay when your item arrives at your address. You just need to check the confirmation SMS to confirm your order within 48 hours.

NOTE: You will need to check a confirmation SMS sent by us to confirm your order by visiting a confirmation page through provided link, within 48 hours. Or your order will get cancelled after 48 hours.

How can I return or cancel an order of custom product?

Customized Products can't be returned or cancelled as they're made totally different from our standard sizes & specifications, also make sure to pay in advance with online payment. Cash on delivery is not acceptable for custom orders, orders will only be processed with prepaid payment.

In some rare cases we may allow return or cancellation but customization & return cost will be deducted.

Are there any additional shipping charges?

We provide 100% Free Shipping to our valued customers on all orders across India. However, for early delivery, you can opt for Expedited Shipping at the time of check out with a nominal amount of service fee. For our International customers, we've different shipping fee for each country. So why waiting, your first order is just a few clicks away, and get your product will be delivered to your doorstep!

How long will it take to deliver the product?

Usually it takes 7 days maximum. But we can't guarantee, as during some special days(National days, natural calamities and other emergency situations) it may take extra time to reach you. The time also depends upon the distance, and to nearer locations it may be delivered much earlier.

What are the modes of Delivery?

We have various logistic partners across the country to ship our products safely to our valued customers. Our system automatically assigns the shipment particular logistic partner based on your location PIN Code.

Can you Ship the Order Internationally?

Yes, We also ship International orders but only to selected countries. However, if it doesn't accept your order from your country then you drop us a mail at: info@kraftojodhpur.com. We try our best if there is any possibility.

How to check the current status of Order?

You can open My Account section on our website and check the status. On the My Account page, you'll find an Order History table. To view the status of a particular order you just have to click it order ID. There you can get all the details of your order including the status of your shipment. We also send you mail notification with all the shipping details after it is shipped from our warehouse.

How to track my Shipment?

Just open the My Account section and click order ID, there you'll get all the details including the tracking number or AWB (Air waybill) number along with a Tracking URL. You can simply click that URL to track the shipment.
