Returns and Cancellation
We offer our customers a "72 Hour Policy". So that you can apply for the return/exchange of products, if unfortunately you get some issue with it.
However, for footwear products we provide the perfect standard UK size options with size chart, but sometime you may face difficulty wearing a particular size you've ordered. In such condition you can use contact us and get an exchange for the same pair with another size to work for you.
To raise a return/exchange request of a product contact us within 72 Hours from the product delivery time. We'll dispatch the replacement item once we receive the item you returned at our end.
- 1: Contact us on email@example.com within 72 Hours of receiving the item you've ordered.
- 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request with some images(6 Sides) of the product and the invoice for our reference.
- 3: Once we verify the details from your mail, we'll send a revert to confirm if the product can be returned. Returns/exchange will only be accepted if the products are in their original condition and packaging with all labels, accessories, invoices etc included in the package.
- 4: After you receive the confirmation mail from us, you can dispatch the item back to us with any courier of your choice.
- Please make sure that you should consider a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance and delivered in no more than 7 Days. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- 5: Once your product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the same.
Note: In cases when a replacement may not be available for exchange, you can choose any of the item having the same price. If nothing will works, we'll raise refund for the full amount.
All returns will be rejected if found in following condition:
- Product is used or altered
- Returned without proper packaging of original product, damaging the product
- Missing accessories
- The product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
- If request is initiated after 72 Hours of order delivery
These rejected products will be disposed by us and no refund will be processed for the same.
Note: Customized Products can't be returned as they're made according to the specifications of one particular person.
Before item dispatch:Cancelling an order from Krafto Jodhpur is an easy process. But you'll need to make sure that you cancel before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
To cancel an order you can simply send us a mail on firstname.lastname@example.org with your order id and item detail.
And we'll cancel the order and process the refund within 24-48 working hours after receiving the cancellation request.
After item dispatch:
In case of cancelling an order after it has been dispatched, you won't be able to cancel your order for full refund.
When you cancel the order once its out of our warehouse, we can't stop it during transit but you can reject the shipment when it is delivered to you.
After you reject the shipment, it'll be reverse shipped to us with extra shipping charges. This reverse shipping charge will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to customer.
The refund will be processed to the same account or the original method of payment from which the payment was made within 24-48 working hours of us receiving the item back. It may take 4-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
