Returns and Cancellation


We offer our customers a "72 Hour Policy". So that you can apply for the return/exchange/replacement of products if unfortunately, you get some issue with it.

•    Krafto does not cover the cost of return or replacement shipping for International Orders in any case.
•    For all domestic orders return pickup is arranged from our end only in the following cases:
  1. Product is Defective or Damaged (Natural blemish is an exception)
  2. Product is of different Size or Model Name
•    Please mail us at and include a photo of the defect, and we will arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep.
•    All footwear products have a 72 Hours return policy. Returns must be free from damage and dirt/marks.

The following returns are not accepted:
•    Over 72 Hours since you received your order.
•    Shipment weight is more than 3 Kgs.
•    Item has been used, altered, washed, or damaged.
•    Tags or packaging have been removed.
•    Product damaged due to improper packaging in return shipment.
•    Missing accessories or attachments.

The package will be rejected and no refund will be issued if the guidelines above are not followed.

Note: Customized Products can't be returned as they're made totally different from our standard sizes & designs, also make sure to pay in advance with online payment.

How to return/replacement my items? Easy! Follow the steps below:
1.    Mail us on within 72 Hours of receiving the item you've ordered.
2.    Provide us your order ID with some images(6 Sides) of the product and the invoice for our reference.
3.    Once we verify the details from your mail, we'll send a revert to confirm if the product can be returned.
4.    After your request is approved, simply fill out the return/replacement form(Mandatory) with all the required information and put it inside the box.
5.    Pack the product properly, so that it doesn't get damaged while in transit.
6.    Shipping the item back
a.    For faulty/wrong(excluding size issue) items delivered by us, we’ll arrange the reverse pickup(Free).(If eligible you can skip to Step 8 )
b.    For all other reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.  
7.    We can arrange a doorstep pickup for you(Paid) or You can send return with any courier(traceable) of your choice. Please return to the following address:

8.    We'll process your return within 7 days of receipt, and begin the refund or replacement process.
9.    (Replacement) As soon as we dispatch your item, you will receive a tracking email that will enable you to track your package.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

- For Prepaid(Paid Online) orders:
  1. Refund will be issued to you automatically on your original payment method.
  2. A restocking fee is deducted from the refund amount which is ₹40 or 10% of the Product price whichever is higher.
- For COD(Cash on Delivery) orders:
  1. Refunds will be issued as a Virtual Gift Card with the same amount of your order value.
  2. COD Fee is non-refundable if you wish to receive the refund in your bank account.
  3. You can mail us if you would like to receive the refund in a bank account.


Before item dispatch:

  • Cancelling an order from Krafto Jodhpur is an easy process. But you'll need to make sure that you cancel before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • To cancel an order you can simply send us a mail on with your order id and item detail.
  • And we'll cancel the order and process the refund within 24-48 working hours after receiving the cancellation request.

After item dispatch:

  • In case you want to cancel an order but it has already been shipped, then we will deduct the shipping amount and refund the remaining amount. Normally, we dispatch the item within 24-48hours
  • When you want to cancel the order once it's out of our warehouse, we can only reverse it during transit or you can reject the shipment when it is being delivered to you.
  • After you reject or we reverse the shipment, it'll be shipped back to us with extra charges for return shipping. This reverse shipping charge will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the customer.

The refund will be issued to the same account or the original method of payment from which the payment was made within 24-48 working hours of us receiving the item back. It may take 4-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
