We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India. Once you place the order your product would be dispatched within 48 Working Hours.
We have tied up with some of the India's largest logistics companies such as Delhivery, Bluedart, FedEx etc. They make it possible for us to ship our product to almost every corner of the Country. In case your address is not served by them we would contact you and do our best to find an alternative to make your product reach you.
Cash on Delivery: You can pay for your order on delivery (COD). When checking out with COD method, you don't have to pay anything online. You only pay when your item arrives at your address. You just need to confirm the order when you receive a confirmation call from our team.
NOTE: You will receive a confirmation Call from us within 48 hours of the order completion. If you failed to confirm your order it will get cancelled.
Shipping is calculated at checkout. We have a standard shipping charge of ₹1400 for the first 500Grams. Extra weight will be calculated at checkout.
Once you place an order, your Juttis would be dispatched within 48 Working Hours. All international orders are shipped with FedEx or DHL. You can expect your order to be delivered within 5 to 10 days after being dispatched form our place. Sometimes it can take 15-30 days, which is very rare like 5%, due to cross border trade reasons.
We do not offer refunds & exchanges on international orders.
Duties and Taxes:
Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches customer’s country. In case there is any import duty or taxes applicable on import of our Product in customer’s Country, the customer has to bear the cost of the same. Since this imposition of import duties/taxes as well as rates varies from Country to Country we are unable to calculate the amount of the same.
In order to keep the shopping experience of our Customer seamless till delivery of the product to them, we have instructed our Courier partner to clear the goods from Customs of respective country by paying the applicable amount of duties/taxes on behalf of our Customers and present a separate invoice to them for the equivalent amount at the time of giving delivery of goods. The Customer should pay the amount in the bill to our Courier Partner directly and take delivery of their products.
In the event Customer does not pay the bill submitted by the Courier partner, the courier partner shall withheld the delivery of the product and in that event we do not owe any responsibility to the customer for non-delivery of product nor for refund of the amount paid against such product.
During festivals, adverse weather conditions or political crises, your shipment could get further delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to to have your product delivered to you on time or else will be notified.
